Been at present location for over 11 years,previously to that more than 20 years in 2 locations in Dagenham.So it doesn't take a lot of working out that i have been trading now locally for well over 30 years .In my opinion that does take some doing and i am proud of the return rate of our customer base.Having been in this trade now for so long, even my best customers will be the first to say that i am somtimes not the most happiest of people to deal with ! Yes you did read right. I could do and say how friendly nice and approachable i am at all times just like other companies would do,but that will be stretching the truth.

So I would rather tell you that I am hard working trustworthy and sometimes under pressure,but alway's have customers interests at heart. I dont 'Sell On' or try to look for unnecessary work . I act in a professional manner and hope that all customers will return rather than being disatisfied at their visit.
