I have been at my current location for over 25 years, and before that, I spent more than 20 years in two different locations in Dagenham. So, it’s clear that I’ve been trading locally for well over 40 years. That kind of longevity doesn’t come easy, and I’m proud of the high return rate of our customer base.
Having been in this trade for so long, even my best customers will tell you that I’m not always the happiest person to deal with. Yes, you read that right. I could say how friendly, nice, and approachable I am all the time, like other companies do, but that would be stretching the truth.
